Couch to Self-Care

Six sessions that focus on what self-care is and how to make sure you do it better for the long term.

Sessions include: 

Little and often - what is self-care and why is it important?

You are worthy - focussing on self-worth

Boundaries - setting and maintaining boundaries

Stop the overwhelm - spotting when we feel overwhelmed and how to cope

Give yourself time - time management and self-care

You do you - creating a personal self-care plan

This can be done weekly, in person or online or over a weekend/48 hour conference.


Journalling

Learning how to use a journal for personal growth.

Can be delivered in person or online over a period of weeks or over a short conference or retreat.

What is journalling and why do it?

Assembling a journalling toolkit.

Using journalling prompts & writing.

Using creative skills for journalling.

Journalling for spirituality.

Daily journalling.

The brain dump journal.
